Code Review

The change correctly simplifies the save flow by removing the "already saved" early-exit check (which blocked renaming) and always passing newName to saveSearch. The logic is sound — using name?.trim() || currentSearchQueryJSON?.inputQuery as the fallback is the right approach.

One note: reviewer aimane-chnaif flagged that whitespace-only names should be trimmed before save. The PR already does name?.trim() on line 93, so the trim concern is addressed. However, note that name is initialized as '' and won't be undefined/null, so the optional chaining (name?.trim()) is unnecessary — name.trim() would suffice. This is minor and non-blocking.

Overall this looks clean and ready to merge. No functional issues found.

Yes, help site changes are required. I found the following issues in docs/articles/new-expensify/reports-and-expenses/Using-Reports-in-New-Expensify.md:

1. Incorrect button label: Step 2 said "Click Filters, then select Save report" — the actual UI button is Save
2. Missing rename-via-re-save: The docs only mentioned renaming via the three dots menu, but this PR adds the ability to rename by clicking Save again and entering a new name
3. Three dots formatting: Updated to follow naming conventions with (⋮) symbol
